Most clothing is printed after you order. That is why photos are often mockups, why processing takes a few business days, and why change-of-mind returns are limited. If an item arrives damaged, wrong, or defective, we want to hear within 14 days of delivery. European shoppers keep their statutory rights; this page does not try to shrink them with a shorter Help-page timer.
